BIOM delivery can dispatch documents like Metel WebEDI which is native to the platform, as well as by traditional Fax/Mail. Handling customer records, BIOM delivery will be able to dispatch all outbound documents, guarantee their correct delivery through the selected channel, and generate possible error reports.

BIOM is integrated with Metel WebEDI.
